I am a certified birth and postpartum doula through DONA International, with additional training through Bastyr University. My childbirth education training is through Lamaze International, and I completed lactation education training for doulas through Bastyr University. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Certified Lactation Educator through Evergreen Perinatal Education, an accredited La Leche League Leader, and a Certified Placenta Specialist.

Since 2005, I have worked in public health supporting families through education, advocacy, and care in the areas of birth, postpartum recovery, family nutrition, sexual and reproductive health, and related topics.

Alongside this work, I bring practical, lived experience supporting families with feeding and newborn care approaches such as elimination communication, baby sign language, baby-led feeding, and babywearing, as well as a deep respect for a wide range of parenting styles and choices.

My approach is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe families thrive when they feel informed, supported, and respected. I aim to offer steady emotional support, share reliable resources, advocate for your preferences, and help connect you with community support that fits your needs.

I was born and raised in Lewis County, and I am honored to serve families throughout Lewis County and surrounding Southwest Washington communities.

I believe that everyone who wants support deserves access to it. I do my best to work with financial and scheduling needs whenever possible. Please feel free to contact me.
