I received birth and postpartum doula training through Bastyr University and DONA International. My childbirth education training is through Lamaze International and I received lactation education training for doulas through Bastyr University, am a Certified Lactation Educator through Evergreen Perinatal Education, and am an accredited La Leche League Leader. I am also a Certified Placenta Specialist. In addition to trainings and school, I am also experienced in elimination communication, baby sign language, baby-led feeding, and baby wearing in addition to various parenting styles. For over 15 years, my work in public health has been dedicated to understanding, promoting, and educating on birth, postpartum, family nutrition, sexual and reproductive health and more.

I strongly believe in meaningful education and compassionate support as the pathway towards confidence and success. I will serve as a source of unconditional emotional support, a catalogue of evidence-based resources, an advocate for your decisions, and an ally for connecting you with others in our community to best meet your needs.

I was born and raised in Lewis County and enjoy serving our community by supporting the families that call SW WA home.
